We have been home a week now and we are still trying to get a routine going. Any suggestions? Raylee would rather sleep during the day and stay up and visit through the night. So I haven't had a lot of "Blog" time. We are still waiting for Raylee's g-tube to heal so we can begin taking our baths. Raylee loves baths. We will be heading to Denver next week for follow up appt for Raylee's heart, g-tube, and eyes. We pray all of these appts go well.
We'll keep you updated as often as possible!
Love to all,
Raylee, Jane, Kyle
Hi, Sorry Raylee's days and nights are mixed up. It might take a little while, she's used to the hospital and things are going on at all hours there. Does that little seat she is sitting in bounce and vibrate? Sometimes chairs like that help to calm little ones. Make sure you sleep when she does, we don't you getting wornout. I will continue to keep you in my prayers. Love, Valerie
ReplyDeleteShe will settle in and start sleeping at night. I know some people say that you can set your baby's routine, but she will figure it out and you will too. Everything is so new to her at home, just like bringing home a newborn. It took at least a couple of weeks to settle in once Brody was born. Just don't get discouraged and rest when she sleeps. It's hard to do, especially when you want to use the time she is resting to get things done. I'm so happy for you guys and your little princess is beautiful! Take care.
ReplyDeleteHey Jane,
ReplyDeleteDon't forget to stop by and say hi. miss ya guys.
